We need more than 5 stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best anatomy education I've come across. Been in the fitness space for over 8 years and have enthusiastically pursued continuing education the whole time in various forms and mediums. These visuals alone are SO COOL! And Brad really knows his stuff on a practical AND clinical level! He talks fast but conversationally, and easy to follow even for my girlfriend who doesn't have 8 years of vocab terms floating around in her brain... She literally ASKS TO WATCH WITH ME! It's piecing so many things I've picked up over the years together...

I am on week 5 of following the "bulletproof your back" program. When I started, my range of motion was extremely limited and my back spasmed when coughing or sneezing. I followed the program diligently and I am happy to say that the pain has decreased significantly and my range of motion has been the best its been in a while, even before my injury. My back no longer hurts when I sleep, cough, or sneeze :-). Additionally, I am able to be active again. I went snowboarding for the first time since my injury two days ago and my back responded great. I have another snowboarding trip planned for this weekend.

I’m a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Instructor. I booked an online session with Brad as I have had problems with my shoulder and my hip for months. I have been seeing physiotherapists and osteopaths but I still couldn’t go back to my usual training routine pain free. I explained my symptoms to Brad and told him which movements caused me to experience pain . Brad immediately identified the problem and he was definitely spot on with his diagnosis and treatment. He really turns your appointment into a comfortable experience. That’s very helpful especially for people who are shy or stressed.

I bought Brads Bulletproof Knees, Ankles & Feet programme. The initial online consultation was very useful, and the programme contained many new, novel exercises that I wish my NHS physio couldve taught me; it wouldve shaved many months off my recovery time. My plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonosis have nearly completely recovered after three months of work. Its important to make a big commitment to the time needed to do this work, which is not exciting, sweaty or aerobic, but very challenging in its own way: it takes up quite a lot of time, and I have recommended that Brad.

Brad is an amazing therapist and trainer! His sessions are always fun, challenging and tailored to me as an individual. Whenever I struggle to learn a new exercise he is incredibly patient and supportive and always finds a way to make it look easy! He is a fantastic motivator and really gave me the confidence to push myself. His knowledge of sports therapy is unbelievable and he’s happy to share his expertise so you always feel like you’re in safe hands. I've gone from not knowing the meaning of exercise to completing circuits that I never dreamed I could manage when I first started out!
